How we work
We are a boutique built around one question: what is this claim actually worth, and what will it cost to get it.
Assessment first
Most of the money creditors lose on cross-border debt is not lost to the debtor. It is spent on proceedings that were never going to produce a payment. So we sell the assessment as its own product, and we credit it against the mandate if you go ahead.
One point of coordination
Local steps are carried out by admitted lawyers and licensed providers in the jurisdiction concerned. You deal with us. Our own team is on the Team page. The external local counsel we instruct in each jurisdiction are named when we put the proposal in front of you, not listed on the site — because who is right depends on the matter.
What we are not
We are not a debt collection agency and do not hold a collection licence in any jurisdiction. Where local law reserves out-of-court collection to licensed providers, that step is carried out by a licensed provider rather than by us. We do not provide investigative services requiring a private investigator licence. We do not buy debt onto our own balance sheet. We do not promise outcomes, and any firm that does is telling you something it cannot know.
Where we decline
Our acceptance threshold and our refusal criteria are published on the fee page. A significant share of enquiries ends with us saying the claim is not worth pursuing. Saying so early is the service working, not failing.
