SOLUTIO is the controller for personal data processed through this site.
What we collect
Details you send through the enquiry form: your name, company, email, the countries involved, the size and age of the claim, and what you tell us about the situation.
Why we may process it
To respond to your enquiry and to perform a contract with you. Where we process information about a debtor in the course of a mandate, we rely on legitimate interests, and we carry out and record an assessment of that interest for each type of report we produce.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become mandates are deleted after twelve months. Mandate files are kept for the period required by the professional and accounting rules applicable to the work, and then deleted.
Who sees it
Our team and the customer relationship system we use to manage enquiries. Where a mandate requires local counsel, we share only what is necessary, under a written processing agreement. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
